⑴Vibratory sifter for plastic pellets production line installation There should be a stable foundation. When the equipment is installed on the general ground or cement foundation, the anchor bolts may not be set. When the equipment is installed on the steel structure stand, it should be fastened to the structure with bolts, and the steel structure stand should have a certain degree of rigidity. This machine only needs one three-phase switch (note: it is better to use the electric control panel), thread the wire with a snakeskin tube, and connect the motor to the power supply. Note that the electric control panel should be hung and installed on the wall.

2 The screen has been installed before the equipment leaves the factory, and the screen can be replaced during use.

3 Before starting the machine, check the tightness of each pressing bolt, and whether the position of each material port is aligned with the feeder, and observe whether the vibration motor can rotate normally and whether the spring force is hindered. Whether the screens of each layer are pressed tightly.

⑷ Before the rotary vibrating screen is connected to the electrical control panel, the electrical control panel should be checked first. After the line is connected, observe whether the rotation direction of the vibration motor is clockwise, (Note: otherwise, the phase sequence should be changed) whether the operation is normal and whether there is abnormal noise.

⑸Adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric blocks of the vibration motor to adapt to various material screening situations.
