Introduction of liquid solid filter

Liquid solid filters can effectively filter aqueous applications as well as high viscosity materials, eliminate and suspend unwanted particles present in materials, remove solids from liquid slurries and recover valuable materials from waste streams for repeated use, available in batch and continuous separation, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process. Throughput up to 100,000 l/h.

Working principle of liquid solid filter

As the slurry passes through the liquid solid filters, the screen prevents the solids from draining with the liquid, resulting in two distinctly separated materials. Mechanical force then allows the remaining liquid to drain properly from the suspended solids, ensuring that no product is wasted.
