Application of vibro sifter for spices

The main purpose of Vibro sifter for spices is to remove impurities and to separate the different particle sizes of broken bulk materials for packaging. It is suitable for screening condiments such as fennel powder, pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, etc. to improve the quality of spices.

The crushed and bulk material groups with different particle sizes pass through the single-layer or multi-layer screen surfaces with uniform holes for many times, and are divided into several different levels. The process is called screening. After a large number of broken materials with different particle sizes and mixed thicknesses enter the screen surface, only a part of the particles are in contact with the screen surface. Particles take the opportunity to pass through the gap and transfer to the lower layer or conveyor. Due to the small gap between small particles, large particles cannot pass through, so the original disordered particle group is separated, that is, stratified according to particle size, forming a regular arrangement of small particles at the bottom and coarse particles at the top.

Thanks to the addition of an anti-blinding device to vibro sifter for spices, the previously encountered mesh clogging problems are guaranteed to be eliminated. Ultrasonic frequencies are applied to the mesh to break the surface tension and keep the meshes free of agglomerated powder, reducing downtime for cleaning the mesh, and product quality is consistent throughout the production process due to the elimination of mesh blind spots. Compared to the previously used rotary screen, we have increased our output by 40% while also maintaining the quality of our final product.
